The platform is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creasrtfield System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or unauthorized access to your account.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within the USA.
